I was inspired by the designers over at the Global Design Project with challenge #GDP005
I love this card!! I've kept it fairly simple buts here's what I did.
I started by stamping the skateboards with Basic Gray Archival Ink and then snipped them out. I added a bit of dimension by using the coordinating marker to the bottom edge of the skateboard. Adding circles to the background just makes the skateboards POP don't you think? Love love love!

What a super fun card Carolina!! Love the shadows on the boards adding just that little bit of dimension. Thanks for playing at Global Design Project this week ♥
ReplyDeleteI love this card, Carolina! What a great spin on these soft colors. I'm so glad you played along with this week's Global Design Project color challenge!
ReplyDeleteYou're amazing Carolina! Love the circles and the two rounded ends on the card stock match the skate-boards, very clever. Love the added shadowing on the boards and the cut up sentiment. Thanks so much for supporting us again at the Global Design Project, always nice to see your name. xo
ReplyDeleteBRILLIANT!!! I was like "Stampin' Up! doesn't have a skateboard stamp, do they?!". So creative!
