Cindy's creations are simply awesome! It was definately difficult to find just one project that I would case. So I dug deep and found this gem from a couple years ago. Click on the pic to see Cindy's post
In my very early card making days, way before Stampin' Up! I quilled (Paper rolling technique). I used to make card to sell at markets and it was a real love of mine. I haven't quilled in years! So I was very excited to give it a try again.
Carolina's Tips:
- Quilling paper is usually a lot thinner and I thought by curling the SU cardstock with my bone folder would help. However it breaks the paper down too much and give a crinkly effect - so don't curl it, roll straight around something like a round pen or pencil.
- Glue the end down to form a circle, then manipulate to your desired shape.
- I used an A4 sheet of each colour (more for the crumb cake circle) cut into 1/2" strips.
