Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all th great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog. This week we were challenged to use the Christmas Quilt Stamp set.
This stamp set has been very well used!! I'm so glad I get to share another project with it before it retires (or sells out) on Jan 2nd! Today's project is not Christmas inspired at all. My mum belongs to a sewing/quilters group so I'm always looking out for fun sewing cards. How perfect is this stamp set for them. I have stamped the same image over and over, 'interlocking' each row
Pacific Point/Marina Mist, Old Olive/Pear Pizzazz, Crushed Curry/So Saffron
To frame the sentiment I lay x2 scalloped ovals of the same size together, adds a cute hint of blue to the background
Today's colour combination was hand picked by my 5yr old Marco!!! If you like the colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!

What a gorgeous card, Carolina. Quite different from others I've seen. Marco has an eye for colour too.
ReplyDeleteI love your use of this bundle. I just ordered it after finding out it would be retiring -- at least as a bundle. I have lots of friends who quilt, so I knew they'd appreciate cards from it. This is a true winner, and Marco is definitely learning about color from his mother. I'd love to see what he chooses to wear on any given day -- ha!
ReplyDeleteWonderful card. I love the color scheme.
