This week we were challenged to use the Greatest Greetings Stamp set.
How about this card!? I have even stunned myself this week. Greatest Greetings really is just that - great! With so many varying geetings you could never be short of the right sentiment for your projects.
I really wanted a dramatic background and I always like to try new techniques, so this week I gave the Baby Wipe Technique a try? I never thought it would be soooo quick and easy! Hence why I chose "horray for today" it was a victorious day.
I'm loving the splotchy and colour overlaps! The Pop of Paradise suite compliments the BIG pineapple really well. This DSP strip has gold highlights - funky!
Try making this card! Here are the measurements:
- Aussie C6 card base in Calypso Coral cardstock - half A4 sheet
- Choose a solid stamp image a have a go with Baby Wipe Technuque (3 colours is ideal)
- Pop of Pink Specialty DSP Panel 2-1/4" x 5-7/8"
- Banner made according to greeting size

How cool is that baby wipe pineapple!
ReplyDeleteI just found out the pineapple is the symbol of welcome on Hawaii. So cool!
Never knew that.
Your card is by far my favorite this week.
I think it also has something to do with the color.
I LOVE that pineapple!! The colors are so warm and vibrant they just make you smile! Good one Carolina!!
