Watercolor Wings is such a great set & I'm so happy that it has made it to the new catalogue too. Which by the way have you seen the new catalogue yet? I made this card after seeing a gorgeous card by Louise Sharp, I couldn't wait to give the 'reversed popout' a go myself!
I've kept it simple. It's easy! After cutting out & adhereing the stitched circle directly to the card base, add dimensionals to the outer panel & stick to the cardbase to get that reversed popout look. To get the different shades of colour on the butterflies I stamped the inner wing details in full strength, the outer wings stamped off once & the full Wings image stamped off twice
