Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop - Stamparatus Wreath Technique #inkitstampit #technique

Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop. The Design Team have been busy making projects inspired by our Technique theme. The team have all created amazing projects to share with us tonight. The full line up below will guide you through all the projects and we'd love to hear from you on what your go to Technique is?

I will be showing you my favourite Stamparatus technique - The Wreath card. This technique has been such a hit with all my classes. It’s easy and looks great. I’ve gone with some ‘cool’ colours for this Christmas Snowflake Wreath.
I like the ombré look of all the colours together, I also like how they overlap just slightly.
Start by prepping your Stamparatus with a paper template.

To create the template I have used the largest square die from Layering Square Framelits set (141708)
Use the lines on the grid paper to perfectly line up the Die & cut
Turn the Die up so that it’s up like a diamond, using the grid lines perfectly align it to create an eight pointed star.
Use the same square die to cut a square in Whisper White
Stamp then lift your white square & turn one point, stamp & repeat.

Next time I create a template I’ll be able to use this new grid paper perfectly sized for the Stamparatus.

If you like the colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!
Thank you so much for joining us today. We hope that you'll join us again next month to see our Christmas 🎄 projects. I'm Carolina and to keep hopping around see the list below to see who is up next.
