I usually love to add lots of colour to my cards and I was recently challenged to use just 1 colour. If I’m honest I struggled! So I was jumped on Google - searched Monochromatic for some inspiration I came across a beautiful Blueberry Bushell version. I must give credit to Mary Fish whom I have totally CASE’d this card from.
I stamped the leaves off before stamping to soften the vibrancy so the Rose would stand out better.
My inkpads are new and are a bit too juicy at this new stage, some of the Rose detail is lost
You’ll also notice faint Soft Suede lines on the Buffalo Check - these I drew in with a ruler, for a subtle pattern change.
