I hope that you all had fantastic new years and celebrated as best as you could. My family and I travelled to QLD to spend some time with our relatives and it was awesome to escape from VIC even for a few days. I created these desk calendars as gifts for a few friends. I'll take you through how I made them.
I used the new Playful Alphanet dies for all the lettering and raised them on the new foam sheets. Makes sticking them so easy, simply cut some cardstock and adhere the adhesive foam sheet to it and then run it through your Die Cutting Machine.
The calendars I was lucky to get though a friend and to finish off the gift I added some Artistry Blooms DSP and some cut punch cut flowers.
The cardbase is in Blackberry Bliss cardstock and is cut like a normal C6 card 10.5cm x A4 cardstock length then scored at 14.9cm. I added an additional score at 2.5"\from the bottom edge and adhered another 1/4 sheet of cardstock
The girls loved them !! I was so happy to hear this.
