Its always sad when you hear a friends pet has passed away. I like to have some pet sympathy cards on hand for times like these, when all you can really do is show you're thinking of them. As a young girl we never really had pets at home, as an adult I can see why mum and dad said no to pets. They both had their hearts broken when their pets died and were trying to save us the same heartache.
Just a few supplies are needed to created this card. What you'll notice is that I have used the cat and dog dies as shadows.
With a few circle punches (retired items) you can easily create a paw print. I have also seen it done with an upside down heart punch.
We never forget the inside! The paw prints were die cut from the white panel which allows the Pacific Point Frame behind it to shine through.
I was inspired by this card I saw by Alison Solven using the same bundle.
