I was 4th in the chain for this round and have created a card with this beautiful horse. The main technique here is repeat stamping with the one image and spotlighting on one with coloir.
Lets take a closer look at this card. I stamped in new Peaceful Pine directly onto Soft Sea Foam cardstock, even the colouring with Stampin Blends looks great

Although now retired, this set and any other set would look great when highlighting an image. Give it a try!
