I have created a simple and easy card using only just a few supplies. I used the main flower image to create an interesting background . To the center of the flowers i added a Sequin embellishment & a rhinestone- cute right!?

Picture Perfect Birthday #wwys155

Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all the great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog. This week we were challenged to use the Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp set.

I have used the 'blower' images to spell out 'YAY' - happy Birthday was just going to take too long and the card would be the size of a door!! Lol

I have paired it with a simple subtle background from the same suite - Picture Perfect DSP. To soften the background even further I used x3 1" strips of Vellum.  I did cut a couple of the blowers to shorten and lengthen the blower ends.

I used colours from the background to keep it all matching.

Collage stamping with Magical Mermaids - Crazy Crafters Blog Hop CASEing Allison Okamitsu

Welcome to another Crazy Crafters Blog Hop. We're so excited to share our projects and we're certain that you will find great tips and inspiration from all our creations. Inspiring us today is the wonderful & truly creative Allison Okamitsu from the Canada! We've all selected a project to CASE lets see what we've all recreated. The full lineup below will help you move along the hop, so grab a cuppa and enjoy!

I have chosen to CASE my most favourite Allison card ever! I have this project on 'speedial'. Whenever I need some inspiration I check out this card it has everything I need: simple yet detailed, elegant & chic and Eclectic stamps that look awesome altogether.  I have used Magical Mermaids to create a similar scene. It's fun to stamp randomly! The gold sentiment is from the FREE* SAB - Celebrate You Thinlits. 

I used Sweet & Sassy Framelits (Hearts) to add layers to the focal heart. All this time I actually thought Allisons card had a die cut heart, but it's not!! 

There's lots of decoration too - Gold & Glitter Enamel Dots, Touches of Nature (wood leaf) & Gold mini sequin Ribbon. The Ruffled ribbon is Bermuda Bay 3/8" Chevron Ribbon - I ran a strip of Fast Fuse across the card, twisting and pressing down the ribbon to get this effect.
