Super quick & simple invitations using Marque Messages

It's that's time of year again and my eldest son turns 8! I can't be.ie e how quickly time flys. I have made up some super quick party invites to share with you that uses stamps from Marque Messages. The hats in the background are from Celeberate You. I have used a retired Die (Top Note) as the main cut out, I just can't bear to part with this awesome Die, it's the perfect invite size and I can cut them out quickly. Time to hand them out!

You can see it better in this picture that the 'invited' is embossed in copper! Looks so good and embossing is a fun technique.
If you like my colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!

Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop. The Design Team have been busy making projects inspired by our 3D theme. The team are from all over Australia who have all created amazing projects to share with us tonight. The full line up below will guide you through all the projects and we'd love to hear from you on what your favourite 3D project is? I could t help it I just had to use some if my new goodies that I preordered from the 2017 Holiday Catalogue - I know you're going to love these little pizza boxes! I've also used some new DSP to decorate the top.

The real treat is inside!!! I have created a pocket sized game for my kids! I'm calling it 'Pocket Futsol' and the boys had a blast playing especially with their Lego spectators! All you need is a 'field' a couple of straws and a small scrunched paper ball.

Go on, try making this fun game!!

If you like the colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!

Labeler Alphabet #WWYS87

http://whatwillyoustamp.blogspot.com.au/
Welcome to another week of What Will You Stamp? To participate in this week's challenge and to see all the great projects from the Design team using this set be sure to visit the What Will You Stamp? Challenge Blog or simply click the photo below.
This week we were challenged to use the Labeler Alphabet Stamp set.
http://whatwillyoustamp.blogspot.com/2016/10/wwys-challenge-87-labeler-alphabet.html
Today I have created a fun, interactive Dr Seuss card. This alphabet set did not grab me not one bit - however I really love the fact you can create ANY word, phrase, poem or quote you want - so I did.
There is more than meets the eye with this Dr Seuss card - unravel the twine you will see....
I nearly used every letter in the alphabet!
"You have brains in your head,
and feet in your shoes,
You can steer yourself in,
any direction you choose!"

So I created a Fairy Party! I began by prepping all my pieces of cardstock, vellum and DSP (measurements below) and I stamped the Crumb Cake card base with Soft Suede ink and the fairies in Melon Mambo I then began sticking all the layer together and finished it all off with some light Pink Pirouette marker colouring and a cute bow made from Blushing Bride solid bakers twine.

Try making this set of 4 cards!
  • Cardbase in Crumb Cakecardstock, A4 cut 2 in half at 10.5cm and scored at 14.9cm and 2 in half at 14.9cm and score at 10.5cm.
  • Front:
  • x4 Pop of Pink DSP Strip x2 @ 1/2" x 4-1/8"/ x2 @ 1/2" x 5-7/8"
  • x4 Pop of Pink DSP Panels x2 3-1/8" x 4-1/4"@  / x2 @ 2-7/8" x 3-5/8"
