Welcome to the Creating Kindness DT Blog Hop. This week the team have chosen me as their special guest and I'm so honoured. We are all sharing a crafty technique and I have chosen to share with you my favourite one. I love to create my own backgrounds and Designer Paper (dsp) with stamps and inks. So I'll be sharing the repeat stamping technique using an upcoming stamp set from the new 2018/19 Catalogue – Swirly Frames.
Repeat stamping is really fun and literally it involves you stamping the same image over and over until your page is filled with images. Here's an example. I have stamped the square image on an angle to make it look like a diamond and stamped it across the page in different colours and overlapping them to create this fun pattern
This example makes for a great masculine card but you could easily swap out the bowtie with some pretty flowers for a feminine touch.
How fun is this stamp set Swirly frames? It has so much potential it's gonna be a great set.
If you like my colour combination, please share it on your favourite Pinterest board!
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed seeing my project please take a few moments to leave me a comment I'd love to hear what you think. Click on the next button to continue on the Hop!
