Slimline Dressed to Impress

Today’s card is inspired by my good friend Sue Vine from SA. Not only does she love pink she also created an awesome Slimline Cookie Card. The instructions on how to create a Slimline Card can be found here http://misspinkscraftspot.blogspot.com/2020/08/nothings-better-than-slimline-cookies.html.  Here is my slimline Card, using the Dressed to Impress stamp set.
How cute & sassy is this stamp set!?

I’ve been playing with lots of makeup during this Victorian lockdown so it was super fun to create this card. I started by cutting all my layers then randomly stamped my background in memento black ink.  First I stamped the lipsticks, then the flowers inbetween.

I stamped 2 extra lipsticks on scrap paper in memento ink, followed by stamping colour over the top then fussy cut them out, ready for some dimensionals on the back.  To finish off the lipsticks I covered them with fine tip glue for a glossy finish.

The sentiment! Stamped once in black on the base then stamped again on Magenta Madness cardstock in versamark, ready for SILVER embossing. Then I carefully cut out the bold & lipstick words and raised these on dimensionals.
