Today I have a new card for you using the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle. I also want to share my version of White Washing! It’s very easy and very effective. Scroll right to the end to see how I made this card.
Here’s a closer look at some of the front detail.
This bundle is gorgeous and great value at $89 AUD plus postage.
After preparing the base (score in half at 14.9cm & 6.5cm for the easel) sponge the edges of both the Cinnamon Cider frames. I find a dauber is easiest & cleanest too! Don’t worry if it seems dark, the colour will lighten when dry.
Next prepare the front Highland Heather panel. Turn your inkpad of the same colour upside down and use this as the ‘stamp’. Gently stamp around the edges until you have created an interesting pattern.
Ta-dah!
Next in black ink, stamp the sunflower and leaf image around the Highland Heather panel.
Now for the ‘white washing - it’s easy just take a white colouring pencil and colour in the petals & leafs of the flowers.
Sponge the flower centres with a dauber for extra colour.

Don’t forget the inside panel!
For the sentiment, “stamp off” the sunflower so that you stamp the 3rd generation, stamp the sentiment in black and die cut or cut out the image.
Create another flower in black ink for the inside of the card, use dimensionals to prop it up the easel has something to rest up against.
Assemble and adhere all the pieces together
