Happy Halloween- Treat bags

Today we are celebrating Halloween!!! I have made a few treats to take into work with me including my Haloween Lolly Jar from yesterday's blog post.
I actually really love Halloween, I think it's becoming a bigger deal in Australia, i would like to see it be!
For these 'Sour Crea' treat bags I used 6x6" DSP which makes them a little longer than most tutorials I've seen. Every year I choose 1 Stamp set to play with. This year its 'Creep it Real' - it reminds me of my favourite Modern Family episode ever - the Halloween one!!  The sentiments are so Phil Dunphy.
I've also created this super quick mini cards to attach these lollies to. Cut using the same DSP pack this sheet in particular looks like they ought to be made into labels. I know my work colleagues are just going to love these! DSP cut down to 2-3/4" squares to layer perfectly with the largest scalloped square Die.
These are so easy to create - I may have even done it in my sleep!
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoyed seeing my project please take a few moments to leave me a comment I'd love to hear what you think. Have a spooky Oct 31st!!

It's school holidays here in Melbourne and my kids have been raving on about the new Ghostbusters movie. Hubbie and I are old school and love the original film. Either way SLIMER is in both, and I was reminded of him when I made this Haunted Halloween House.  I was playing around with the ghost stamp and the matching framelits, white ghosts just didn't pop - but in Wild Wasabi - BOOM you have Slimer! Or Slimers I should say...
The door swings open on this haunted house and it reveals the greeting.
Can you spot something in the window???

Luscious Vampire Bite for CCREW1015HF

I have created a Triangle Treat Pouch as my 3rd project for the Splitcoast Stampers 'Creative Crew'
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
Punch art is one of my most favourite techniques! I love creating new & unique projects in this way.   Using the vampire chocolates as my inspiration (the inspiration that got eaten actually) I have created a Triangle Treat Pouch.  I scored the bse on my Simply Scored, I have the measurements below for you. This pouch is open on either side, so you can slide a little pouch of treats in very easily.

How to create the Mouth & Teeth
I've used 2 new papers from the Holiday Catty to glitz up this project. The Red Foil sheets were perfect for the Vampire Luscious Lips here. Cut from the new Delicate Ornament Thinlits, I trimmed the top of the ornament off and then cut an oval (Extra-large oval punch) to create one side of the mouth. Arrange & stick the 2 halves together when you're happy with the lip shape.
For the teeth I used the Pansy punch - simply cut up the petals and arrange in the mouth. I free cut the fangs!  I have showcased teeth like this before on another card - click here to see.

Watch out she bites!!
Here are the measurements so you too can create this:
  • Box Base - A4 Basic Black Cardstock- cut to 6" x 10"
  • Box Base scored along the 10" side @ 3/4", 3-3/4", 5", 6-1/4 "& 9-1/4"
  • Black Glimmer Panel - 2-1/2" x 5-3/4"
