Luscious Vampire Bite for CCREW1015HF

I have created a Triangle Treat Pouch as my 3rd project for the Splitcoast Stampers 'Creative Crew'
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
Punch art is one of my most favourite techniques! I love creating new & unique projects in this way.   Using the vampire chocolates as my inspiration (the inspiration that got eaten actually) I have created a Triangle Treat Pouch.  I scored the bse on my Simply Scored, I have the measurements below for you. This pouch is open on either side, so you can slide a little pouch of treats in very easily.

How to create the Mouth & Teeth
I've used 2 new papers from the Holiday Catty to glitz up this project. The Red Foil sheets were perfect for the Vampire Luscious Lips here. Cut from the new Delicate Ornament Thinlits, I trimmed the top of the ornament off and then cut an oval (Extra-large oval punch) to create one side of the mouth. Arrange & stick the 2 halves together when you're happy with the lip shape.
For the teeth I used the Pansy punch - simply cut up the petals and arrange in the mouth. I free cut the fangs!  I have showcased teeth like this before on another card - click here to see.

Watch out she bites!!
Here are the measurements so you too can create this:
  • Box Base - A4 Basic Black Cardstock- cut to 6" x 10"
  • Box Base scored along the 10" side @ 3/4", 3-3/4", 5", 6-1/4 "& 9-1/4"
  • Black Glimmer Panel - 2-1/2" x 5-3/4"

Lots of Thanks for CCREW1015CF

I've created a set of 4 Thank You cards as my 2nd project for the Splitcoast Stampers  'Creative Crew'
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
The theme for this challenge was to create a 'One Sheet Wonder'. So using nearly all the 'thank you' stamps in the 'One Big Meaning' stamp set I happily stamped away 'thank you' after 'thank you' after 'thank you on a full sheet of A4 Whisper White. From there I cut the sheet down to card front size and attached a simple glimmery greeting with Black Glimmer paper!
 One Big Meaning

Here are the card measurements so you too can create this card:
  • Standard Australian C6 card base in Whisper White Thick Cardstock (half A4 sheet)
  • Basic Black Frame - 3-3/4" x 5-1/2"
  • Whisper White Panel - 3-5/8" x 5-3/8"

A Simple Hello for CCREW1015DF

I have created a simple yet striking card as my 1st project for the Splitcoast Stampers Creative Crew!
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
I love the colour red!  You really can't go wrong when pairing with Black and White. This card is super simple, with 3 equal panels with striking Real Red Designer Paper. I love this scripted DSP and the best was to showcase it is to keep it simple.
The 'hello' greeting has a black shadow - 2 have been cut from the 'Greetings Thinlits Dies' one white one balck and glued together slightly off to one side.

Here are the card measurements so you too can create this card:
  • Standard Australian C6 card base in Whisper White Thick Cardstock (half A4 sheet)
  • Basic Black -  1-1/8" x 5-1/8"
  • Real Red DSP - 1" x 5"

Watercoloured Christmas Dove Tag CCREW0915HF

I have created a Watercoloured Dove Gift tag as my 4th project for the Splitcoast Stampers  'Creative Crew'.
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742

I adore this Dove single stamp set! Its so pretty and cries out 'colour me!" With so many ways to colour our projects I have gone with my favourite - watercolouring! I stamped the outline Dove  image twice, with my new Basic Black Archival Ink (permanant ink - perfect for watercoloring) onto Shimmery White cardstock. From the second image I cut out the top wing and I popped this up on dimensionals. Using traditional colours makes this tag feel very chrismassy - I've used Real Red, Wild Wasabi, Garden Green & Mossy Meadow.

New tapes from "Season Of Cheer Designer Washi"

If you love the colour combination too here it is!

Ornament Shaker Cube for CCREW0915HF

Here's something a little different, and maybe first of its kind in the crafting world! I have created a Shaker Cube as my 3rd project for the Splitcoast Stampers  'Creative Crew'.
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742

While I was creating my cute Gift Bag with the Gift Bag Punch Board, I had a thought! I'm sure its been done before but "I could create a cube with my Punch Board!" So I got to work and created this fancy little cube perfect as a decoration or a accompany a gift. You could do so much with it -add a photo of yourself to the inside or write a special mesage before you seal it up.

I love all the sequin colours - shake shake!
Here are the card measurements so you too can create these cards:
  • See-through Cube made with Window Sheet  -12" x 5-1/2"
  • Inside White Panel -2-3/4" x 3-3/4"

Wonderland Gift Bag for CCREW0915CF

Everyone loves a nicely packaged gift right? I think my second project for the Splitcoast Stampers  'Creative Crew' delivers on both pretty and practical packaging!
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
I've created this small gift bag from start to finish! All made possible of course with the Gift Bag Punch Board, you can make just about any size bag and quickly too. If you haven't already been holding on to those backing sheets of cardstock that come in every DSP pack - you will be now. I have used one to make this bag and its sturdiness is brilliant! Take care when you are using this thick cardstock with your Gift Bag Punch Board - it will need some muscle power.
I finished this bag off with some Black Stitiched Satin ribbon, a belly band made from the Winter Wonderland  DSP pack, a pretty snowflake, a simple scenary embossed in Black and Gold and lastly some Gold Glitz to resemble snow!
The perfect finishing touch for these pretty notecards
Heres a closer look at how I tied my ribbon around - in and out of all the punched holes.
Versatile wooden embellishments - I've used some Gold Glitz to glam this one up!
Here are the bag measurements so you too can create this bag:
  • DSP Packaging Backing Sheet for Gift Bag - 5-1/2" x 12"
  • Basic Black Frame -2-1/8" x 3-5/8"
  • White Panel -2" x 3-1/2"
  • DSP Belly Band - 12" x  3"
Stampin' Up! Supplies - I will update this link very soon! So in the mean time here the colours found in this DSP - I'd love to see your Gold and Black creations - please share them!

Winter Wonderland Set of Cards for CCREW0915DF

I'm really excited to announce that over at Splitcoast Stampers, I have been chosen to join the lovely 'Creative Crew Design Team' for September 2015 to December 2015!!

http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
This months challenges are all about the New Holiday Catalogue which launched today!
To start with I have created a set of beautiful and simple cards that you can create quickly and gift away as a set. My favourite DSP in the new catalogue is 'Wonderland' and this is a great way to use those beautiful patterns. This DSP is a lightweight paper and feels so silky soft - how pretty is the Gold & Black!?
Cute embellishments that are just enough of a touch to not distract from the beautiful DSP.
The Ponsietta is cut from Black Glimmer Paper with the Embellished Ornaments Framelit set
Here are the card measurements so you too can create these cards:
  • Whisper White Notecard card bases
  • Basic Black Frame - 3-1/4" x 4-3/4"
  • DSP Panel - 3-1/8" x 4-5/8"
  • Whisper White Banner - 1-1/4" wide
  • Basic Black Banner - 1/2" x 3" wide
