Stampin Friends March Blog Hop - Pastels Theme #SFMarHop

Baby Congratulations Card
This card speaks volume despite its simpleness. Using some soft colours from the Stampin' Up! Subtle Family - Soft Sky (base), Pool Party (dsp), So Saffron (scallop) and Pear Pizzaz (bow), I have created a gentle and elegant 'congratulations' card. I carefully coloured the cute 'pea in the pod' image from 'Friends & Flowers' stamp set in the same colours and I love the end result. By choosing to not colour the full outer shell, it helps to make this image really pop off the card.
Baby Shower Thank You Favours
Mmmm chocolates!! Eye Candy! Or perfect favours for a Baby Shower. These little treats turned out so much better than I could have hoped for! Following on the same theme as the card above how cute did these wrapped chocolates come up!? DSP from 'Sweet L'il Things' perfectly coordinates with my chosen colours. If you live where there's an Aldi Supermarket I have included a quick tutorial with the measurements for these delicious chocolates.

The Crazy Crafters February Blog Hop - Celebrating Love Theme

Hi Everyone

Welcome to another Crazy Crafters Blog Hop! This months theme is all about celebrating LOVE. I've made 'treats' for this hop, perfect for Valentines Day next week. I've used a few items from the Occasions Catalogue which is available until June 30th - click here to see what's NEW!
Surprise Treat Boxes
These cute pre-cut boxes make life easy for quick projects. There's 25 in a pack so there's plenty for lots of projects. I've used the new Occasions 'Stacked with Love' DSP stack to decorate the sides.

Chocolates Wrapped with 'LOVE'
I enjoy sharing my craft with everyone I come across, and this extends to my work family too. I couldn't celebrate Valentine's Day without making them a little treat too. 
Decorated with the same products as the mini boxes, these chocolates make for a super inexpensive project. (approx $0.50 per wrapper, plus chocolate).

Flying Plane Punch Art chocolate wrappers

Hi Everyone! 
Today's creations were part of my sons 4th birthday party favours. I used my handy dandy Simply Scored board to quickly score out the base of the chocolate wrapper and then used only 5 punches to create these flying planes. Gabriel is a huge plane fanatic even he says so! He can spot planes in the sky when they're just a dot in your vision! So it was pretty easy to think of a theme for these treats. To my suprise there's not that many plane punch art projects on the net - so here's my unique creation!

Crazy Crafters March Blog Hop - Punch Art


 Hi Everyone!

It is my pleasure to host this months Crazy Crafters Punch Art Blog Hop. If you've just left stop number 10 Karen Coulter at Stamping K'Oz then you are in the right spot. With just a little bit of imagination you too can create your own unique favours for your next celebration.
