This month we also have 3 amazing Guest Hoppers that you should definately check out.

To me there's nothing more that screams Summer than Bright happy colours and Fruit! Especially my favourite - Pineapples & Strawberries. I have created 2 super fun projects that I hope you will enjoy!

Mottled Pineapple Card
I have been obsessed with the baby wipe technique! And this colour combination is definitely my favourite! I may have gone a little heavy with the colours but I love the simplicity of this card and I totally forgot I even owned the Boho Emboss folder. It looks great combined with the Pineapple.
A Strawberry Self Closing Box
Summer treats are always nicer in your own handmade gift box! I have CASE'd one of Dawn Griffiths boxes. Here is the video if you'd like to make one too. I'm in love with all the new products from the Annual Catalogue especially all the beautiful new DSPs. I've decorated this box with my new favourite 'Fruit Stand'. I coloured the sentiment with my markers and carefully cut out around the shape, I don't have a framelit big enough!
Here's a little colour inspiration

Awesomely Artistic Gift Bag

Todays project is a little goodie bag I made for a friend (I didnt eat all the chocolates this time!).
I was inspired to decorate this bag after attending my best friends son's christening. She had decorated these 'Petite Cafe Gift Bags' in a nautical theme - they looked fab!

I simply stamped 'whilly nilly' (yes that a new technique now!) the eclectic images from 'Awesomely Artistic' in Night of Navy, Bermuda Bay and Crumb cake inks. I covered the mini clothespen with some Washi tape. The one in the photo is the exclusive washi from 'Watercolor Wishes Card Kit' but there are soooo many diffferent ones that you could use.

The clothespen and Sequin trim are my favourite pieces on this project! The just make everything else stand out.
Be inspired with this colour combination, feel free to share and pin it!

Wonderland Gift Bag for CCREW0915CF

Everyone loves a nicely packaged gift right? I think my second project for the Splitcoast Stampers  'Creative Crew' delivers on both pretty and practical packaging!
http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=20742
I've created this small gift bag from start to finish! All made possible of course with the Gift Bag Punch Board, you can make just about any size bag and quickly too. If you haven't already been holding on to those backing sheets of cardstock that come in every DSP pack - you will be now. I have used one to make this bag and its sturdiness is brilliant! Take care when you are using this thick cardstock with your Gift Bag Punch Board - it will need some muscle power.
I finished this bag off with some Black Stitiched Satin ribbon, a belly band made from the Winter Wonderland  DSP pack, a pretty snowflake, a simple scenary embossed in Black and Gold and lastly some Gold Glitz to resemble snow!
The perfect finishing touch for these pretty notecards
Heres a closer look at how I tied my ribbon around - in and out of all the punched holes.
Versatile wooden embellishments - I've used some Gold Glitz to glam this one up!
Here are the bag measurements so you too can create this bag:
  • DSP Packaging Backing Sheet for Gift Bag - 5-1/2" x 12"
  • Basic Black Frame -2-1/8" x 3-5/8"
  • White Panel -2" x 3-1/2"
  • DSP Belly Band - 12" x  3"
Stampin' Up! Supplies - I will update this link very soon! So in the mean time here the colours found in this DSP - I'd love to see your Gold and Black creations - please share them!

The Crazy Crafters November Blog Hop - Favourite Stamp Set Theme

Hi Everyone
Thank you so much for coming and taking part in the Crazy Crafters Blog Hop for November. This month's theme is Favourite Stamp set. I have too many how do I possibly choose between them all?

Inspired from my October Blog Hop Christmas card post, I have created x2 Fun Fry Box Gift packages. My favourite stamp set is "Santa Stache", so cute especially when you pop up the moustaches! These would be so perfect for some white covered truffles or a little bag of sugared nuts.

Thanks for visiting my blog today, next up we have the talented ...
